This activity is carried out regularly every four years by reconstructing the curriculum in the Physics Study Program. The Physics Education Study Program and the Science Education Study Program jointly carried out an online curriculum discussion activity, namely the "Independent Curriculum Workshop for Independent Campus Learning."
The Head of the Curriculum Team, Mr. Asri Arbie, M.Si said that "This reconstruction aims to produce a curriculum that can facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus policy, as well as create an independent curriculum that contains experiential learning programs with flexible paths and can facilitate students develop their potential according to their passions and talents. This activity was also attended by a virtual team of experts from the field of Physics: Dr. Rizqie Arbie, M.Si, (Bandung Institute of Technology, ITB) and Dr. Pujianto, M.Pd (Yogyakarta State University, UNY).
In the core activity of "Curriculum Discussion," Dr. Rizqie Arbie and Dr. Pujianto gave very many inputs and suggestions on the structure of the Physics Department curriculum as a whole, especially in terms of contextual mastery of how to equip prospective teachers in this case, prospective graduates who mastered concepts and appropriate analogies about the principles of Physics in everyday life. -day. Nature places great emphasis on "attitude."
In a closing statement at the end of the activity, Mr. Asri Arbie, M.Si stated and hoped that the discussion activity would not be limited to today's Room Meeting. Still, for the rest, ongoing collaboration is needed between the Department of Physics, FMIPA UNG, and all parties involved. Present on this occasion.
